“Rick was simply amazing! We came to him with a very tight timeline and very specific requests, and he met our every expectation. He was kind, and honest, and didn’t allow anybody to take advantage of us along the way. We have recommended Rick to every single person that mentions selling their home.”- Cassandra C., Enfield, CT - 01/24/2020

“Rick was wonderful! So knowledgeable and trust worthy. My house was listed and I received an offer within two days! He is always willing to help and answer any questions. Thankful for an easy process!”- Michelle M., Granby, CT - 01/22/2020

“Rick and his team showed amazing patience and willingness to teach me, a first time buyer, how every part of the process works. I am amazingly happy with my new home but if my circumstances change, I will definitely use Santa Realty again!”– Daniel C., East Granby, CT – 01/21/2020

“If you are reading this and still looking for an agent to work with, you can end your search here. Rick is a true professional in this business and he deserves every single one of his five star reviews. I was NOT an easy client. Looking for a multi-family home that would double as an investment for me meant I had very strict criteria. Not only did Rick spend months showing me properties and responding to dozens of questions and last minute requests, but he stuck with me through a long and brutal closing process. He stayed in constant communication with me, my lender, the closing attorney, and the selling agent to make sure everything stayed on track. There were multiple occasions where Rick was able to step in and literally save the deal from falling apart. Real estate transactions have many moving parts and are rarely simple, and when the going gets tough you will be glad to have someone as experienced and competent as Rick on your team.”-Eric Z., Manchester, CT – 01/16/2020

"Rick @Santa Realty was amazing to work with - straight forward and effective. Everything we needed throughout our home purchasing process was completed on, or before, we needed it. Our loan officer (from a major national lending agency) even gave Rick a huge complement – said he was by far one of the best realtors he has ever worked with!! Rick catered to our scheduling needs, which was extremely helpful. I will absolutely recommend Rick and #SantaRealty to friends."– Ryan D., Granby, CT – 09/06/2019

"As first time home shoppers, we were clearly out of our element. Rick showed a ton of patience and understanding in guiding us through the entire home shopping/purchasing process. Throughout our experience with Rick we were impressed by his level of professionalism and knowledge of all aspects of sales and purchasing. He took personal time to walk us with kid gloves through every step and guided us through uncommon aspects of home selection. We found Rick to have our best interests at heart at all times - we felt like family. Rick truly has the customer's best interest at heart, never was our experience sale driven. We were so lucky to have found such an amazing realtor who we will refer to all as no one is better."– Art and Christine R., Bloomfield, CT – 04/22/2019
